Hi, I'm Murali 👋

I turn broken workflows into products people pay for.

2x founder, full-stack PM. I run the discovery calls, write the backend, design the screens, and sit with the client until they pay - whatever stands between zero and first revenue.

Most recently: took a treasury product from pre-revenue to a ₹12L ARR contract in 4 months.

About Me

I've been curious about how things could work better for as long as I can remember.

As a kid waiting in my dad's car at toll booths, I'd imagine a world where cars could just pass through without stopping. Years later, something like FASTag showed up.

In college, hungry at midnight with no bike and no way to get food, I found myself thinking about a service that could bring it to me. Not long after, everyone was using apps like Swiggy.

The ideas came early. The ability to build them came much later.

So I learned. I learned how to talk to customers, design products, and build software, not because I wanted to collect skills, but because I wanted to turn ideas into something real.

Since then, I've worked across real estate, construction, and fintech, helping teams figure out what to build, why it matters, and how to get it into people's hands.

I do my best work when the answers aren't obvious yet. When everyone sees a messy process, a spreadsheet, or a bottleneck, I see something that can be made simpler.

Operating Principles

  1. Ship something before asking for opinions.

  2. Own the full stack — code, design, and decision.

  3. A leader who doesn't understand the work is just a coordinator.

  4. No task is below you if it's blocking progress.

  5. User reaction beats user opinion. Build it, then listen.

  6. Assumptions are liabilities. Question them before they get expensive.

  7. Speed is only a strategy after you've picked the right direction.

  8. Build for the users below the median, not the median ones.

Let's Talk

If you're building something and need someone who can operate across product, design, and engineering, I'd love to hear from you.
